As a resident of The Harbors, you are a member of the North Beach Community Association!
The North Beach Community Association shall encourage the development and the preservation of North Beach, the elimination of unsightly areas due to lack of maintenance and improper upkeep, and to create a safe and environmentally sound area in furtherance of social, civil, and cultural beautification.

The Harbors HOA annual billing information for the entire year (Q1, Q2, Q3 and Q4) is detailed here for the lot(s) you own as of the first of the year. This is the ONLY notice you will receive for making your HOA dues payments during the year.
The Schedule of Owners' Required Payments (shown in the image) indicates:
- Q1 payment must be received by January 31
- Q2 payment must be received by April 30
- Q3 payment must be received by July 31
- Q4 payment must be received by October 31
Please notice: If unpaid by the quarterly due date, HOA dues will be considered delinquent and monthly finance charges will be assessed until paid. In that case, a delinquent statement will be provided the following quarter.
If desired, a convenient one-time annual payment for Dues and Assessments (Q1, Q2, Q3 and Q4) may be paid in full in January.
Brush pick up takes place only 4 times a year and brush can only be set out on the owner's own lot during the city's set-out period. Bulky trash is only picked up twice a year.

Each lot in The Harbors fronts on one of seven channels linked to the Corpus Christi Bay. Every home in this neighborhood is on a waterfront lot and all homes in this community sport red-tile roofs, similar to ones along the Mediterranean.
